Our own factory trained mobile technicians undertake on-site technical support offering an unrivaled level of service and competence.

We operate our own commercial vehicle ensuring delivery requirements are met and your equipment is transported and installed with the utmost care and attention. Our specialised HGV vehicles have air suspension equipped with a 26 ton Palfinger hydraulic crane.

We offer guidance on technical design issues ensuring the most appropriate system style to meet your needs for now and the future. Our technical sales and engineering departments are qualified to answer your questions and find appropriate solutions.
Our proposals can be accompanied with Technical Bulletins and Briefing Notes affording you the opportunity to review our advise thus ensuring maximum flexibility before work commences.

Whether reviewing your existing premises or discussing a set of thumbnail sketches for a project, we have the team skills to provide economic, technically competent solutions for your standby power requirements.

When working with you we will, on the larger projects, allocate a dedicated Project Manager.
